Evolving Perspectives Track (Ages 18-25)
Developing insight, independence, and the skills needed to navigate adulthood.
The Evolving Perspectives Track is designed for young adults navigating life transitions, identity development, emotional challenges, relationship stressors, and increased personal responsibility. This track focuses on helping individuals strengthen emotional awareness, improve coping strategies, and develop practical life skills needed for long-term stability and independence.
Participants are supported in applying emotional and behavioral skills to real-world situations involving education, employment, relationships, and community functioning.
