Services are offered to children, adolescents, and adults throughout Wisconsin through virtual care, with a primary focus on Milwaukee County and surrounding communities. Founder & CEO
Krystal Fowler is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Renewed Perspectives. Since 2018, she has been dedicated to expanding access to compassionate, trauma-informed mental health care through clinical services, assessments, supervision, and community-based programs.
She has experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, families, justice-involved individuals, and underserved communities. Her work focuses on creating equitable, culturally responsive care while helping individuals build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and achieve lasting well-being.
Krystal is passionate about strengthening communities by improving access to quality behavioral health services and empowering individuals to reach their full potential.

Deandre Fowler
Operations Manager
Deandre Fowler serves as the Operations Manager at Renewed Perspectives, supporting the administrative and operational infrastructure of the practice. He oversees day-to-day systems including scheduling coordination, client onboarding processes, documentation workflows, and EHR management to ensure efficient and compliant operations.
With behavioral health experience since 2020, along with a background in healthcare administration and behavioral health support services. His experience includes working in structured clinical environments where he contributed to operational efficiency, client service coordination, and practice management support.
